I am trying to automate client Chats on client projects. When a specific message is sent by a client on Client Chats -> I want to trigger a workflow and automate the next set of tasks.

Huge for us too. Beyond triggering automations, a "client sent a message" webhook would let dashboards flag waiting-on-client projects the instant the client responds — that's the moment work can resume, and today nothing surfaces it. Team Chat message events would be just as valuable alongside.
