We save emails all the time for documentation. However, it would be great if we could export as pdf or csv the client chat communications for our records in the firm.

It would be super helpful if there were an option to print out or export as a PDF a client's comment on a task, or a client chat feed without having to copy and paste it somewhere else. Sometimes the information they provide we want to save a record of in their file without having to dig to find it again.
