I have received complaints from clients that the engagement letter is only delivered to the signatory. Usually the authorized signer is not the only member of staff who needs to review the engagement letter.

In my most recent case, only the Head of Staff is authorized to sign the engagement letter on the company's behalf, but the Director also needs to be included without being required to sign.

Can we please add the option to include some client contacts as an email CC only?
