Cancel Projects instead of Complete

There should be an option to Cancel Projects and have them still show up in reports vs just marking them as Complete. Its important to track when items are marked completed and cancelled and why.

Yes, this would be helpful as we delete the project instead of completing it, and the deleted projects have been adding up and can not be deleted permanently.

This would be really helpful for prospective client projects where the client decides not to accept a proposal. Currently we delete all unnecessary onboarding steps to avoid sending client any unwanted/unneeded emails about the project. Deleting the project would also delete all the internal team chat about the potential client which we want to save.
