I’d like to see more customizable notification options on the admin side of billing. Currently, I receive a single end-of-day summary for all invoices, both one-off and recurring. It would be helpful to tailor these notifications more precisely. For example, I’d like the option to:
  • Choose whether to receive notifications for one-off invoices, recurring invoices, or both
  • Only be notified if an invoice fails
  • Receive notifications in real-time as a client pays (rather than a daily summary)
This would help cut down on unnecessary alerts while ensuring I don’t miss critical billing events.
