I’d like to see more customizable notification options on the admin side of billing. Currently, I receive a single end-of-day summary for all invoices, both one-off and recurring. It would be helpful to tailor these notifications more precisely. For example, I’d like the option to:
- Choose whether to receive notifications for one-off invoices, recurring invoices, or both
- Only be notified if an invoice fails
- Receive notifications in real-time as a client pays (rather than a daily summary)
This would help cut down on unnecessary alerts while ensuring I don’t miss critical billing events.

I really really want a notification as soon as a client pays an invoice. Since money movement is delayed, I don't want the client to wait for service because of this. As soon as a client initiated payment, I'm ready to work and want to get started.
Can there be a notification to firm by SMS & email when the invoice flag changes to Paid? 🙏
