Billable vs Non Billable Default by Client

I would like to see an option at a client level that can default to Non Billable.
I would like to have My Company always be NON Billable as I am marking everything this way in QB as it comes over as billable. My team doesn't always mark the time as unbillable.

We'd also like the ability to set service items as non billable for Admin time as an example. Expecting staff to manually change this on every admin time card is wishful thinking!

It would be beneficial to be able to mark Billable vs Unbillable by client as I have a combination of hourly clients and flat fee clients.
