Clients expressed that it is too complicated to get in portal via mobile/on the go. It would be nice if they could sign in with a password instead of going back to their email and then back to the login.

If there is no project or task, but the client is uploading documents for us to review. On the phone, you have to click the left menu, then click documents, then click their name or company, then click Client uploads. This is not very intuitive or user-friendly. Clients struggle to find this directory.
Can we have the option to display the client uploads directory on their landing page, where open requests are?

I agree too! Some prefer password. Can we have more options to login, whether a text code, biometrics, password or authentication by email. Let the client choose.

I agree. I have a few clients that find the signing into the portal to much. They refuse to use the portal. I realize the protection factor in it though. Is there away they could create and use a 6 digit pin or a password that need to be changed every 6 months.
