Automated responses on chats that get sent to clients when they chat in. That way, the firm can give an expectation around when the client should expect to hear back.
For example, the client sends a chat message. An auto-response is sent saying "Thanks for reaching out! We typically respond within 1-2 business days."

We NEED an option to auto reply to chat messages like we can do with our email programs. I've transitioned most of my clients to use the chat feature instead of sending emails (YAY!) however... When I'm out of the office I need something to be sent letting them know when to expect a reply..

To set better expectations and boundaries, we are looking to either communicate chat hours for each client or to set up auto-replies that the client would receive when initiating a chat through the client portal As a result, the client would know when they can expect a reply from our team.
