When working on a list of clients performing something routine such as sending engagement letters, it would be so amazing if we could simply enter the time spent and the select from a drop down list of clients/projects that would then equally apply the time to all selected with the appropriate product service code.

I completely agree. This would significantly improve efficiency, particularly when the same routine task needs to be completed for multiple clients. Being able to enter the total time once, select the applicable clients or projects from a dropdown, and have the system automatically distribute the time equally while assigning the appropriate product or service code would streamline the entire process. It would reduce repetitive data entry, minimize errors, and save a considerable amount of time.

I completely agree! That would make things so much easier and more efficient, especially when we’re doing the exact same routine task for multiple clients. Being able to enter the total time once, select all the applicable clients/projects from a drop-down, and have the time divided equally with the correct product/service code would be amazing. It would save a ton of time and eliminate so much repetitive data entry.

Greatest idea ever!!!! Please Sharam, do this. Don't make us wait like we had to for communications under client task to avoid using client chat and having items be lost. This is a must do and a sooner than later must do. And, I wrote this.
