Allow manual time entry creation from within a task

There is currently a button to "Start Timer" within the task window, but no option to create a manual time entry.

Oh yes this would be so helpful! I have one client who I do a lot of ad-hoc work for, often at off hours, texting, etc., and so I enter time after the fact.

Today the only way to log time inside a task is to start the timer — manual time entry has to happen outside the task. Would like to be able to add a manual time entry directly inside a task.
