Allow for tickmarks to be used in pdf preview within FC

When reviewing a tax return, I like to check off items that I've looked at already but there is no way to utilize that feature within FC other than downloading the pdf, then reuploading the marked up pdf.

We would also love that for our write up packages each month. Our current monthly workflow requires us to download everything into 1 pdf package. Write our notes and either TB or checkmark each line item on the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss and then reupload in the client file as the final package with a cover letter outlining the findings from the workpapers behind it.

Great idea
