Admins need to be able to see all client chats even if they are not assigned to them. For example, a client messaged the firm and assigned only the firm's owner, and I, an admin could not see that chat until she tagged me. That is pretty detrimental if she is not in the office.

Agree - I would like all team members to see client chats. Clients sometimes tag the wrong team member and then communication is missed.

I would like all members to see the chat, but not all members will get notified. We missed a couple of important messages as well because of this.

This is huge. We missed a very urgent message while I was out on vacation and client was very irate.
