Ability to create a recurring task by day, I want to be able to create tasks on , for example, Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

When we have recurring tasks, alot of times it will be the first Fri of each month, or every Tues.. not just the 1st of the month. This is super important and we are always having to recreate every month and weeks tasks. Can we please have this option when creating projects, maybe a dropdown asking how often in intervals?

Second this - the project recurrence is great but it would be ideal to have a task that could recur daily or weekly.
I.e., as part of a controllership service, there are certain things we need to check or do each day so currently I have 30 separate tasks within the project which isn't ideal.

You can do this at the project level by using the "Custom" recurrence option. Choose Weekly then click on the days of the week you want the project to recur on.
