Partial Payments on Invoices
You now have the ability to accept partial payments on an invoice!

By enabling
Allow Partial Payments
, clients have the option to pay just a portion of the invoice amount with the smallest allowed payment set by you on the invoice. This increases your firm's cash flow by allowing clients to make earlier, smaller payments towards the full amount.
To enable partial payments by default, you can go to
Billing > Settings > Invoice Preferences
, and toggle on the option for
Enable Partial Payments by Default
.
Bulk Locking Time Entries
There is now an option to bulk select and then lock or unlock time entries on the
Time Tracking
report.

This increases the efficiency of time entry reviews by allowing you to select and then lock multiple time entries all at once.
Improved Navigation on Client Upload Notifications
We've improved the experience of Client Upload notifications!
Animation
Now, whenever you click on a client upload notification (either from the notification bell OR within the notification email), we automatically direct you to the uploaded client file and highlight it yellow.
This makes it easier to locate new client files.
Invoices and Proposals Audit Log Additions
Whenever a reminder email or text is sent to a client on a proposal or invoice, we now log that event to the Audit Log.

That way, you and your firm can have clear visibility on all reminders sent to clients for invoices and proposals.
Client Audit Log Additions
We've added additional actions to the
Client Audit Log
. We now also log whenever a client does the following:
  • Mark or un-mark a task as "completed"
  • Uploads a file to a client task
  • Deletes a file from a client task
As a friendly reminder, you can find the
Client Audit Log
by going to a project and clicking
Actions > Client Audit Log.
Filters for Clients on Chats
If a client has access to multiple client profiles, they now have a filter on chats so that they can easily view the messages for a specific profile at a time.

This makes it easier for your clients with multiple profiles to find relevant chats!
Display Count of Items in Folders
We've added an
Item Count
column on the
Client Details > Files > Client Files
page so that you can readily see how many files and/or folders are stored in each folder.

Now you can tell from a quick glance which folders have content or not!
Client Upload Report Improvements
You can now do the following on the
Client Upload
report:
  • Filter by date uploaded
  • Filter by Client
  • Export the report

Client Notes API Updates
We've added some additions to our API for Client Notes. Now you can retrieve, edit, create, or delete client notes via our API. For quick reference, our API documentation can be found here.
