OneDrive Two-Way Sync, Credit Memos Report, and More!

We released several new features and improvements this past week:

You can now connect Financial Cents directly to your OneDrive!

Once linked, files and folders in your sync automatically in both directions, meaning changes made in FC appear in OneDrive, and changes made in OneDrive appear in FC. Learn how it works here!

See every client who's holding unused credit with you, all in one place.

The new report under lists each client with at least one credit memo alongside their total unused credit, largest balances first. Click on to go straight to the client's tab for the full breakdown. Additionally, you can issue new credit right from the report using the button, making it easy to quickly add credit memos to a client.

We added some additional information to the popover on the dashboard on the column!

Now each section in the popover shows a , , or badge, along with a bell icon indicating whether Auto-Reminders are on or off for that request. If a project has several client task requests, each section reflects its own status, so you can spot the one that never got sent without leaving the projects view.

We've updated the layout on the project pills in the of the page.

Each pill shows the project name on the first line in bold with the client name below it in smaller text, so a long client name no longer pushes the project name out of view. Hovering over a pill expands it to reveal the full project and client names whenever either one is cut off so that you can quickly see the full text without having to click.

We originally restricted them to meet the requirements of the OneDrive and Google Drive integrations. Now that those are built, we went back and did the work to reintroduce them, so you can name your files the way you actually want to. This applies to every firm, whether or not you use a cloud storage integration.
