AI File Routing
This week, we released an AI tool to help with managing client files. Introducing: the AI File Routing agent! ✨
When a client uploads a file to a
Client Task
, AI reads the file and that client's existing Client Files
folders, then suggests the best folder for a copy. You can accept, edit, or reject each suggestion. If you'd prefer the tool to just automatically make the copy, you can swap to Just Do It
on the Settings > Manage AI Agents
page. AI File Routing is available on all plans and is on by default in
Always Ask
for accounts with AI Agents enabled. If needed, you can adjust your AI settings anytime in Settings > Manage AI Agents
