Like project tags, create a tagging ability for files so that teams can better manage the status of files uploaded by clients (i.e. is this something that was newly added? Did we already review this? Has it been downloaded? etc.) Give a set of default tags, but also people customize their account tags. Default tags would be: New Missing Info Needs Review Duplicate Unreadable Downloaded Processed
