Create a way to do two actions in a separate portal:
- Share files to a third party
- Receive files from a third party
That way, users can easily request documents from and share files with people who need to exchange documents securely but don't necessarily need to be setup as a client within Financial Cents (e.g. lawyers, bankers, other accountants, etc.). The access should be temporary and disable after a set amount of time.

Hi, I would love to be able to request files from people that are not client yet. For example, I need to review a potential client prior year tax return. I don't want to set them up as a client in FC but I want the return to be collected in a secure and organized way.
