I had two instances where I had transactions sitting in Recat for a few weeks with a custom question I asked, and my client finally answered with "Yes". Problem is that I forgot the question I asked and have to go back to the client or have to spend time trying to decipher the puzzle.

Additionally, the chat thread regarding the transaction can have valuable info and doesn't port over to QBO.

Is there a way to import the chat thread attached to each transaction including the question that is asked to the client to the Memo of the QBO transaction?
