One of the biggest complaints from our client is the number of automated emails they receive from our firm. I don't know if this is possible, and I don't even have a good suggestion for it (my mind is working on one at the moment, wait for it). But does anybody have any thoughts how consolidating client tasks emails.
Okay here goes on my suggestion, if I have 5 projects for a client, and each has open client tasks to be sent on different days of the month could we find a way to bring them together into 1 email to the client listing the multiple projects and client task per project. Actually lets say we consolidate for the week, say a client would be receiving an email on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday... is it possible to have these emails consolidated for the week and choose a day, say Wednesday, that they all get sent together.
