I just upgraded to the scale plan thinking this would help my situation.
I am trying to send my client a task everyday that requests them to upload their daily sales, the next morning - from the prior day. The only problem I am finding, is that I need to tell them what date to upload. The only way I can tell them this information, is if I manually enter the date I am requesting. This is making it where this is no longer an automated task. Please see the feedback I got from the "chat bot" tonight, below. If there is any way to set this up- please advise.
When creating your client task for document requests, you can add a description field that specifies the exact date range you need.
For example, in the description you could write: "Please upload sales summary for [previous day's date]" or "Please upload sales summary for the day prior to receiving this request."
Since your project recurs daily, each new instance will automatically send the request, and you can customize the description to make it clear which specific day's sales data you're requesting.

And show the client the due date for the task. Some tasks need to be completed by a certain date in order for our office to complete the task before a deadline.
